Anne, that's the best one yet... Cathie and I were trying to guess last night. No idea... Unless it's an entrance into the basement, or a place to hide illegal immigrants.
Okay Dave & Cathie you win! It is set up to hide Bob's illegal mexican relatives. But, we are going to put a door in place of the window so that they can come into the house when it gets cold outside. i.e. walk-out basement!
