Around our house, when you turn 16 you get a job! Well, Chris turned 16 back in December but just hasn't been able to find a job that he felt met his standards. He is now gainfully employed at "Carl's Golf Land in Plymouth. They have pretty strict standards at Carl's, Chris has to maintain an appropriate short hair cut with no sideburns and he must wear dress pants, dress shoes and a polo shirt. They also require him to maintain a 3.0 in school and show proof. (Yea)! He started on Monday and was supposed to be in training for a week but after only two days, he is on his own. He is working 30 plus hours until school starts and 18 hours a week after school starts. I have to say that this is probably the best job for him. Not only is it only less than 5 minutes from our house, he gets great discounts on golf stuff. His only complaint so far is that his feet hurt after standing on them for 8 hours a day.
