The race is on!

After a busy but fun filled weekend, I need to start to get ready for Thanksgiving! We are having dinner for both the Schniers and Rays sides of the family. Sarah's mom and dad and sister Melissa are also going to be staying with us for a few days. They survived their first visit with us back in February and they agreed to come back. We must not have scared them off. A household with five boys can be a little overwhelming.

I have a lot to do this week to get ready. Joe was sick yesterday and I kept him home from school today just in case but from the activity level he has right now, I think he's just fine. Tomorrow will be my running around day and Wednesday Bob's taking the day off and I'll do most of my baking and cleaning. I love Thanksgiving Day, starting with watching the parade on tv and filling the house with the smell of turkey. My only problem today is, I'm so tempted to start decorating for Christmas early but traditionally we start the day after Thanksgiving. One holiday at a time.
