It's a Barrett Jackson Week-end

Last night, Joe fell asleep in his favorite place (mom & dad's bed) with Bob watching the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction. At mid-night when it was over, Bob, Mikey and I decided to hit the hot tub. At 103 degrees, it was perfect for a very cold night. We got up early this morning and made our weekly trip to Sam's Club. Chris has a 1:00 basketball game and Joe is going bowling with his friend Ryan and Ryan's Dad. Bobby's in Ohio for the weekend and Billy and Mike both are feeling lousy due to their nasty colds. I've got the chicken on the stove for grama's chicken & noodles and for chicken tacos.We plan on just hanging out at home for the rest of the day watching of course Barrett-Jackson and enjoying some of our family's favorite recipes. The only thing that would make it better would be grama's sugar cookies and mom's fried chicken.
