Survived!

Well, it was a very long night. I think finally around 4 a.m. everyone started to settle down. Not to sure anyone really went to sleep(I know I didn't) but it was somewhat quieter. Joe got up about 5 times through the night and wasn't to thrilled to look out his window and see a bunch of kids in the pool and he wasn't right there in the middle. All the kids just kinda crashed all over the basement, pillows and blankets everywhere. They were all up and out of the house this morning by 9:30. By 11:00, they were all heading up to Gaylord for the memorial holiday weekend. All in all, the kids were pretty good. I did have to remind them a few times that we have neighbors and that their music was to loud. We also had a few extras show up through the night that weren't expected but it was no big deal. A few mysterious water bottles with something other than water in them showed up and of course, no one knew who they belonged to. A pair of guys boxers on the table out by the pool this morning left me wondering and a girls bathing suit top showed up after all the blankets were picked up. There was a little drama between a couple guys and one of them went out to sleep in his car and I still haven't gotten all the details but everything seems to be ok.

As I was helping Mike pack for the weekend this morning, he thanked me and said he was sorry for the few unexplainables and gave me a hug and told me that he loved me. I told him that I loved him too and that I was proud of the way he handled himself.

Tonight, Bobby and Sarah are taking Billy and Joe to the movies and Chris is going out with Kelley and Mike is of course up north, so, I have a bottle of champagne(a gift from Rudy & Janet) in the freezer and Bob and I have a couple of hours to ourselves.
