Mike's friend Pete's parents hosted a "before Prom" garden party today so that all
the parents could get together and so that we could take pictures before prom. The weather cooperated and it was a very nice party.
The after Prom ALL night party is at our house tonight. I think there's going to be somewhere around 30 seniors at my house tonight. Mike has the pool heated to hot tub temps and they are planning to stay up all night. I've threatened all of them that if things get out of hand, I'm going to wake Joe up and let him join the party. I think that should scare them all into keeping things under control.
Tomorrow, they are all heading up north to Mike's friend Julie's parents cottage. Her Dad is going to be there with them until Monday. I don't remember having this much fun when I was a senior in high school.
All I can do is pray that they all make wise choices(my boys hate when I use that phrase) and that their guardian angels are close by.

Whenever my dad is giving me a talk before I go out..... he ALWAYSSSSSSSSSS tells me to make "wise choices" -- I HATE it when he says that phrase ~~ must be a Schniers thing!!
