Worlds Largest Christmas Store
Today we went to Bronner's and the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth. I had told the boys that we would get up early on Saturday morning drive to Frankenmuth and shop for a little while at Bronner's and then head over to the Bavarian Inn for lunch. To say that they were all just thrilled with the idea of waking up early on a Saturday and then go shopping at the World's Largest Christmas Store was the furthest thing from the truth. In fact, they weren't happy about it at all. Joe was excited and Bobby was fine with it because Sarah's here and she's was excited about it but the other ones, gave me a hard time. Once they realized that they really didn't have a choice, (I wasn't giving in) they actually all had a really good time. We only spent an hour in Bronner's (that's plenty of time with teenage boys) and then headed over for lunch. Once they realized how much food and the variety, they were thrilled. We took a bunch of great pictures, had a lot fun and even took a horse drawn carriage ride. We even sang Christmas songs during the carriage ride. (we sounded really bad)! As we were pulling out of the parking lot, Joe spotted a giant nativity display and wanted nothing more than to take a picture with Baby Jesus so we pulled over (with his brothers having a fit) and all got out and took some great shots. Joe tried to ride one of the camels but we didn't think that was such a great idea. In the end, we had them all home by 5:00 so that they could shower again, and get ready for their big Saturday Night events. Thanks guys for giving in and sort of cooperating today, I had a great time today.

I can't stand frankenmuth ever. Lots of German crap and Christmas stuff. Looks like you guys made it fun - especially posing with baby jesus.
Two things Dave hates more then anything: Celebrating the birth of our Lord and anything German.
Aren't you German Dave?
I only dislike the Germans for how they killed 3 million jews. Bob, how do you feel about the jews?
I love the jews and my wife who's german
Bob
That's sweet Bob but what about when you call me hitler? With a maiden name like Schniers, I guess I have to put up with the harrassment I get.
That's ok i can handle hitler too.
